Subject: More Turn 3 Support to the horse people out there
Sigh. Once again the JCAC has reared their heads in their own stupidity.
Can someone please tell me how a horse rescue group that OWNS a boarding and training farm and a AC officer who is supposed to have owned horses a good part of her life as well as owned a swimming facility can be soooooo stupid. Yes, I am using that word. I don't care one who that hairlips. Because what they have done is complete beyond belief SHAMEFUL stupidity. Tender yearlings and 2 year old fillies are coming up CONFIRMED BRED by vets in their new homes. THESE "experts" have allowed theses babies to become mothers well before their times. WHAT A SHAME AND A TRAVESTY. Above and beyond, yet more horses will be dumped into the pool of gradeness and live a life that will end in slaughter. SIGH. Where were their heads and what were they thinking. Perhaps Judge Filip should sit down and pull the rose colored glasses from his eyes. The truth is out there the man is just blind. Yes, I am calling this as I see it. All in all, I pray that the JCAC has learned a valuable lesson in the handling of a case like this. In the states where horses are big business, you do not see rent a cops running onto a farm half cocked and ready to seize the world. What you do see are officers who are mindful of their positions and who are WILLING to work with the owners to try and resolve issues. SIGH what do you expect from a county who wanted 100 plus head of cattle taken out of the elements and put up in a dry barn.
When clueless and wanting to get somewhere in life over runs the brain power one has, perhaps this person needs to find a new position in the world, and perhaps their own horse dealings need to be looked into.
This is my weekly Turn 3 Post. Remember to post this so everyone can see...
*** I SUPPORT THE TURN 3'S NEW POSTING
Seeking proof of this, but I had heard that rescue volunteers let the stud colts in with the fillies, that they were kept separate by Matt and Jim, who are not indiscriminate breeders. Maybe this is how JCAC came up with the claim that 37 mares were bred, when only 12 had been bred by Matt and Jim for 2007 babies. Any mares due in 2008 were put in that condition by volunteers at the farm after the March 20 seizure... their due dates will confirm this.
