Sound off on the debate.

There is now a Squidoo lens about the case.

It has been close to a year since the saga began.

Has you perception of any of the parties involved changed?

Two wrongs just don't make a right.

Allot of emotion is stirred up and consequentially allot of support for Turn 3 Ranch is expressed because of the apparent disregard for the law and due process of Jackson County.

Regardless of how bad that country reacted or failed to react to this incident can no way excuse the absolute appalling conditions of the Turn 3 Ranch at Maute Road.

The national media spotlighted conditions that were ongoing for years, not just a difficult winter. I ask those who whole heartily support Turn 3 if they have ever visited the farm and witnessed the conditions of filth and neglect for years. Farmers and horse owners need to stop supporting a bad thing just because you're afraid your support will empower the government and they will then someday pounce on your farm and take your animals.

Take the moral high ground and admit the horses were mistreated.

Jackson County, you need to admit you did a complete knee-jerk reaction and forgot all about something called due process.
